Terms of Service

By enrolling in JJ Jewellery's DigiGold savings plan and using our platform, you accept and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use this service.

DigiGold is a digital gold savings plan that allows you to save gold starting from ₹100. Your payments are converted to gold weight at the current board rate, and you earn instant gold weight bonuses based on your investment tier.

Key Features:

• Minimum payment: ₹100
• Multiple payments allowed per day
• Plan tenure: 330 days from enrollment
• Instant gold weight bonus on each payment
• Redemption at JJ Jewellery store in Bodinayakanur

You earn instant gold weight bonus based on when you make payments:

• Platinum Tier (0-75 days): 5.5% instant bonus
• Gold Tier (76-150 days): 4% instant bonus
• Silver Tier (151-225 days): 2.25% instant bonus
• Bronze Tier (226-300 days): 0.80% instant bonus
• Base Tier (301-330 days): No bonus

To enroll in DigiGold, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Provide valid PAN Card details
• Provide a valid government ID proof
• Have a valid mobile number for OTP verification
• Have access to UPI payment method

• Payments are accepted via UPI only
• Payment timing: 10:30 AM to 9:00 PM
• Minimum payment amount: ₹100
• No maximum limit per transaction
• Multiple payments can be made in a single day
• Gold weight is calculated at the current board rate at the time of payment
• No interest is applicable on advance payments

• Redemption is available after 330 days from enrollment
• Accumulated gold weight can only be redeemed at our Bodinayakanur store
• Redemption is against purchase of jewellery or gold coins only
• Partial redemption is not allowed
• Valid ID proof and PAN Card must be presented at redemption
• GST and other government levies apply at redemption
• Stone charges and wastage charges are applicable
• No cash refund is permitted

If you wish to close your DigiGold account before the 330-day tenure:

• Pre-closure is allowed at any time
• You will receive only your base gold weight (without bonus)
• All bonus gold weight will be forfeited
• Redemption must be done at our Bodinayakanur store

• Transfer of ownership is prohibited
• Plan tenure cannot be extended
• Jewellery customization is not available under this plan
• You can only choose from available merchandise at purchase

JJ Jewellery shall not be liable for any damages arising from:

• Fluctuations in gold prices
• Payment gateway failures or delays
• Technical issues beyond our control
• Unauthorized access to your account due to your negligence

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Madurai High Court.

JJ Jewellery reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated via email or SMS, and continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
